What do I need to do?

You will need to create a “Centennial Grad Photo” account to schedule a graduation photo shoot.

For your appointment you will need:

• Student ID card

• $20 sitting fee (cash or debit)

Once you login to your account you will have access to additional information on how to prepare for the photo session.

What is a sitting fee?

The sitting fee is like a deposit,  the $20 sitting fee will be credited towards the purchase of any photo packages. The sitting fee is non-refundable.

The main purpose of the sitting fee is to make sure graduates are serious about purchasing a Graduation Photo package.

What happens to the $20 I paid for the sitting fee?

When you order a package before the specified order due date, the sitting fee will be credited toward the package cost (post-tax).

Please note: Orders placed after the due date will void the $20 credit.

*Kindly remember that the deadline to place orders is 3 months from when your photos are made available in your proofing gallery.”

The $20 fee is non-refundable.

What if I miss my appointment?

Graduates who miss appointments will not be able to re-book online without contacting the photography production office ( Phoenix Pro Labs). To re-book after a missed appointment, A sitting fee deposit of $20 will need to be paid in advance for any future appointments.

There are a limited number of appointments available. If you cannot make it, please let us know at least one day in advance.

Can I get a retake?

Retakes can be scheduled If there are technical issues with the photo shoot. The sitting fee will be waived if there are technical issues.

If you decide to make a personal decision to reshoot, you will need to contact Phoenix Pro Labs to make arrangements.

A reshoot appointment is not guaranteed. If a reshoot is scheduled, a new sitting fee will be required.

All photos from the original shoot will be deleted if a reshoot arrangement is confirmed.

Where can I view my proofs?

Login to your “centennialgradphotos.ca” account to view your proofs.

I cannot see my proofs

Your photo proof gallery will beavailable 48 hours from the time of you photo session. Please login to your centennialgradphotos.ca account to vie your proofs.

How do I order a package?

You can order your grad photos through our secure website www.centennialgradphotos.ca, using a credit card, or at our store located at 50 Weybright Court Unit #18 in Toronto.

If you place an order online, there is an option to pick up your package at our store

How much will the photo package cost?

Photo packages start at $55.00 (plus applicable taxes)

How do I find out the due date to order grad photos?

On your proofs page, there is an “Expires:” date at the top left of the page. This is the last day you have to order print packages.

Can I get all of the digital files?

Please note: Digital files will be sent to you using wetransfer.com

Digital Download  package includes all of the digital photos in your gallery.

Other Digital options include:

Digital Down package All original un-retouched images
Digital Download  Add On ( Available with purchase of Ultimate, Premium, Deluxe, Classical, Essential or Solo D) packages

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order’s estimated delivery time frame is 4 to 8 weeks. We process orders sequentially, based on when they were placed. The processing phase encompasses tasks such as color correction and image enhancement to ensure the highest quality.
